QP Climate is at the development and pre-application stage. It is not licensed as a bank and does not conduct regulated banking activities.
Current position
Quantum Partners Limited is developing the concept, partnerships, regulatory pathway and proposed institutional architecture for a commercial bank with a strategic focus on climate-aligned industries, businesses and customers.
QP Climate does not currently
- accept deposits or provide bank accounts;
- issue loans as a licensed bank;
- invite the public to invest in a regulated banking institution;
- represent that regulatory approval has been granted; or
- appoint agents to collect fees for access to finance.

- market research and institutional design;
- stakeholder and potential capital-partner engagement;
- governance, risk and operating-model development;
- project-pipeline exploration; and
- regulatory and pre-application preparation.
